It takes us roughly 5 working days to get things set up for you in our Revenue Rejuvenation System, then we are good to go!

Within the first 5 days we schedule a time to create your Offer. We build this offer together with key steps from our proven offer calculator.

We then start to communicate with your dormant clients via text & email. That can initially last 3–6 weeks. You’ll be getting appointments the entire time, and we’ll be aiming to run the campaign long enough to connect with your entire database. As the program continues to perform we can run for a maximum of approximately 90 days.

You need to be able to handle the increased appointments and orders before we begin your Zen Ad Campaign. We use this as the perfect time for your clinic to get accustomed to the volume of new clientele.

We need to know you are able to fulfill the servicing of these clients efficiently with top level client satisfaction. To qualify for a partnership with us, clinics must have a 4.5-star rating on Google with a minimum of 20 reviews. This ensures that our clients are well-established, have a good reputation, and will be able to handle the volume of appointments that come their way.

Our unique strategy has been largely overlooked in this industry. We know this marketing strategy will stand the test of time, therefor we are only looking to work with clinics who have a long term, growth oriented mindset.

We want to make sure that our clients have the best experience possible, which is why we limit ourselves to working with only one clinic in the same area. This way, our clients can be sure that they will receive the full attention & support they need from our team.

We earn our money when our efforts are earning you your money. 

Small clinics switching everything off because they’re overwhelmed doesn’t help our bottom line. Our growth is tightly bound to yours so as new business comes in… we want to be sure you can handle it.

Before we take on a new client we make sure they’re right for us. In other words we first qualify them (just like we qualify new clients for you).

Part of that qualification is: do we already have a client in the area you operate in?

We routinely refuse to take on clients because their business competes with an existing client’s business. 

So rest assured: if you are our client then we will not take on a new client in your area of operation.
